Meet Anna, the person behind xAnnaleigh
Hey, I’m xAnnaleigh, but feel free to call me Anna!
I’m a variety streamer, singer, chaos enthusiast, and full time collector of hobbies that I definitely don’t have enough time for. Most people know me for cozy gaming, community-focused streams, and the fact I somehow turn even the calmest games into organised chaos without meaning to. I started streaming in November 2024 without a plan and became affiliate within a week. After being made redundant in November 2025, I decided to switch to full-time content creation, and the hard work paid off, becoming a Twitch Partner in April 2026.
Right now, Palia has my entire heart, but I’ve always loved variety streaming and discovering indie games that deserve way more attention than they get. Nothing makes me happier than finding a hidden gem and dragging my community into becoming obsessed with it alongside me!
Outside of streaming, music has always been one of the biggest parts of my life. Singing is my main thing, but I also play piano, violin, guitar, bass, flute, drums, recorder, and a few others - all to very different levels of “I know what I’m doing”. I grew up being encouraged to try everything musical, including being a Theatre Kid, and honestly can’t imagine life without it.
I’m also a massive cat person. I have two cats - Indy, my tabby, and Myrtle, my little black floof who started off feral, and now acts like personal space is a myth. If you spend enough time around my content, you’ll probably hear about them constantly.
You’ll also probably hear about my partner, MrBat (Ali), because he’s genuinely the love of my life. We started long distance before moving in together in July 2024, and I honestly can’t imagine my life without him now. He came into my life at a point where I’d pretty much given up on the idea of happy endings and fairytales, and somehow proved me wrong anyway. Life will always have its ups and downs, but he’s the person who keeps me grounded and sane through all of it.
Building something bigger...
As a person, I’m loud, emotional, sarcastic, caring, and a bit of a disaster. “Calamity Jayne” was my nickname growing up and it still fits painfully well. I care deeply about people and I wear my heart on my sleeve, sometimes to my own detriment. I’ve travelled hours to help people I barely knew simply because they needed somebody there, and I think that says more about me than any polished bio ever could.
I’m very open about living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, endometriosis, being neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and navigating life as someone who never really felt like they fully fit in anywhere. Because of that, creating a safe and welcoming community means everything to me. I want people to feel like they can show up exactly as they are without being judged for it.
My community has never been about numbers, status, or pretending to be perfect. It’s about kindness, fairness, respect, and making sure people don’t feel alone. Mental health awareness and disability advocacy are incredibly important to me, and long-term I want to create a charity focused on tackling loneliness and suicide within gaming communities, because I know first-hand how isolating life can feel sometimes. The first step in this goal was creating Project Snowfall, a team on Twitch dedicated to providing viewers with safe, accessible spaces, as well as providing creators with worldwide mental health resources, for any members experiencing mental health distress.
I know I’m not everyone’s cup of tea - and honestly, I’m okay with that now. I spent far too much of my life trying to make myself easier for other people to love. These days, I’d rather just be myself completely. What you see is what you get: cozy chaos, bad jokes, too many snacks, emotional support hot sauce, and a community built around being unapologetically human.
